Yes, refunds are available under certain conditions. Full refunds are provided for cancellations made at least 24 hours before the flight date. In cases of cancellations due to safety reasons beyond our control, such as weather conditions, a full refund will also be issued.
However, cancellations made less than 24 hours before the flight, as well as no-shows or late arrivals, are not eligible for a refund.
Yes, the minimum age limit is 5, and the maximum age limit is generally 65. However, flexibility can be provided depending on health conditions and physical fitness.
For our guests without any serious health issues, no special check is required. However, if you have pregnancy, heart conditions, or serious orthopedic problems, please inform us in advance.
Comfortable clothes, sunglasses, and sports shoes are recommended. Sandals, slippers, or open-toed shoes are not allowed during the flight.
Depending on weather conditions, one of Babadağ’s runways at 1200 m, 1700 m, 1800 m, or 1969 m is used for the flight. The most suitable runway is determined by the pilots.
Yes, for safety reasons, the upper weight limit is generally set between 100 and 110 kg. Exact limits will be confirmed before the flight.
