- Payment: A full or partial prepayment is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid on the day of the flight.
- Cancellations & Refunds: For customer-initiated cancellations made within an acceptable notice period, a partial refund may apply. In case of cancellations due to force majeure (e.g., weather conditions), customers will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.
3. Participation Requirements
- Age & Health: Participants must be at least 16 years old and in suitable health to fly. Parental consent is required for those under 18.
- Weight Limit: Participants must fall within the safe weight limits as defined by flight regulations.
- Clothing & Equipment: Participants are advised to wear weather-appropriate clothing and sturdy footwear. All necessary flight equipment (helmet, harness, etc.) is provided by Airflow Travels.
4. Safety and Liability
- Pilot Instructions: All participants must follow the instructions given by the pilot. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of the flight.
- Insurance: Airflow Travels provides insurance coverage for the flights as required by law. Additional insurance is recommended for loss or damage to personal belongings.
- Disclaimer: Airflow Travels is not liable for any accidents or injuries unless caused by gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
5. Weather and Flight Cancellations
- Weather Conditions: Paragliding is a weather-dependent activity. Flights are only conducted under safe weather conditions. If a flight is cancelled due to poor weather, an alternative date or a full refund will be offered.
- Flight Duration: Flight time may vary depending on weather conditions and launch point.
6. Protection of Personal Data
- Data Collection: Personal data collected during booking and flight processes is used solely for the provision of services.
- Data Sharing: Personal data is not shared with third parties unless required by law.
- Data Security: All personal data is stored securely and protected from unauthorized access.
