This notice explains, under Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK"), how Airflow Travels processes your personal data.

What we process, and why

Through the booking form we process your name, phone number, preferred flight date/time of day, group size and any notes you choose to send. This data is used only to create your booking, contact you, plan the flight and run the payment process. Contact details you share over WhatsApp or by phone are processed for the same purposes.

Legal basis

Processing relies on KVKK art. 5/2 — being directly necessary for the formation and performance of a contract, and the controller's legitimate interest. Anything beyond these purposes requires your separate consent.

Transfers and retention

Your data is stored in our booking system and is not shared with third parties beyond the team running the flight operation. Card payments are handled on the payment institution's secure infrastructure; we never see or store your card details. Communication over WhatsApp is subject to WhatsApp's (Meta's) own policies. Data is retained for the limitation periods set by law and then deleted.

Your rights (KVKK art. 11)

You may ask whether your data is processed, request information, correction or deletion, and claim compensation for unlawful processing. Requests can be sent to info@airflowtravels.com or the postal address above, and are answered within 30 days.
