Buyer: The person completing the booking/payment steps on this site, whose details appear on the booking record.

1. Subject

This contract governs the provision of the tandem paragliding flight service purchased electronically on airflowtravels.com and the collection of its price, under Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

2. The service

The service is a tandem paragliding flight launching from Babadağ, Fethiye, flown with an experienced tandem pilot and ending with a landing on the Ölüdeniz beach. The flight takes place on the booked date; the exact time and meeting point are confirmed with the Buyer based on weather. Participation is subject to weight/age limits and the safety assessment of the pilot and operations team.

3. Price and payment

The price and package scope (photo-video, transfers etc.) are communicated to the Buyer during booking. Payment is made by card on the payment institution's secure infrastructure or by another method agreed by the parties. Card details are never seen or stored by the Seller.

4. Weather, rescheduling and cancellation

Flights take place only in suitable weather. If conditions are unsuitable, the flight is rescheduled by mutual agreement; if rescheduling is not possible, the full amount collected is refunded. If the Buyer does not appear at the meeting point at the confirmed time, the service may be deemed performed; please contact the Seller in such cases.

5. Right of withdrawal

Under art. 15/1-g of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal does not apply to leisure services to be performed on a specific date. Notwithstanding this exception, the Seller undertakes the weather policy in clause 4 and will consider date-change requests made reasonably in advance in the customer's favour.

6. Disputes

Turkish Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts at the Buyer's place of residence have jurisdiction within the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Trade.

By completing the payment step, the Buyer confirms having read and accepted this contract.
